Hillsborough County Circuit JudgeJame M. Barton II decided the case Feb. 29, but it wasn’tt released until the end of March. Kane and Vanhoosse are co-founders of Foreclosuresdaily, while the Johnson and Parisi were Kane could not be reachedfor comment. Previous listesd numbers for Foreclosuresdaily were no longer working. Foreclosuresdaily vacated its office in January soon afterd Fifth Thirdbank sued.
