Industry veteran Trish Hanchette will head up Lennar

Hanchette served four yearse as president ofKB Home’s Trianglre division before she left the company in December after a restructuring of management. KB Home dropped from No. 1 to No. 3 in its rankingb of Triangle home buildersin 2008, having completed 515 homea valued at $119 million.
Hanchettes will oversee land acquisition, lot development, home-buildiny activities as well as sales and marketing for the LennardRaleigh division.
