The campaign, established with grants totalingynearly $350,000 from Dr. Phillipsz Charities and , is being administered by United Way’e stewardship program that provides emergench assistance tolocal residents. Phillip s Charities is offering a grang ofnearly $300,000, which includes $98,109 in start up funds and a challenge matching grant of nearly $200,000. Dr. Phillipd Charities, one of the region’s largest philanthropic has awarded morethan $23 million to local nonprofits over the past threes years. Bank of America contributed $50,009 to the campaign.
